The bot stores the minimum needed to do its job. Nothing more.

What we store

DataWhy
Your Discord user ID To assign roles to the right person and remember who linked which account.
Your Riot game ID (PUUID) + Riot ID (gameName#tagLine) To look up your Solo/Duo rank via the Riot API, and know which of your accounts holds your best rank.
Operational timestamps (linked_at, last_refresh, etc.) To rate-limit API calls and run the daily refresh.
The Lobby Rank of your main account: average Solo/Duo rank of the other players of its last game (see below) To show it in /profile and /profile-text without recomputing it on every display.
The last 20 Solo/Duo games of your main account (the one holding your best rank at a refresh), limited to your own line: champion played, win or loss, K/D/A, CS, duration and date (see below) To show your per-champion stats in the member area without downloading known games again.
Per-server config (which role maps to which tier/lane) Set by server admins via /config-role and /config-lane.

What we don't store

Deleting your data

Run /forget-me-everywhere to wipe everything at once, in every server (including servers where you used the app without the bot being installed). For a single server, run /forget-me in that server. Both wipe every row that references your Discord ID: linked accounts, pending link, lane preferences, stored rank and Lobby Rank. The games stored for a Riot account are deleted with its last link. The action is immediate and irreversible. You can get the same result from the member area by choosing the relevant server or every server.

If you can't reach the bot (e.g. left the only shared server), sign in to the member area or DM the owner (see contact).

Member area (web)

Sign in to the member area with Discord. Your Discord ID identifies you; your name and avatar are shown from Discord, but are not stored.

At sign-in, the server list Discord provides is used only to show the names of the servers where you use the bot. Only those servers' names are kept.

The session uses an HttpOnly cookie for 30 days. No tracking or analytics cookie is used. Otherwise, the member area handles the same data as the commands: linked accounts, pending links, rank and lanes; it also shows per-champion stats computed from the stored games. Deleting from the member area has the same effect as /forget-me (selected server) or /forget-me-everywhere (all servers).

Where it lives

A single SQLite database on a dedicated Fly.io volume, region fra (Frankfurt, EU). Not shared with any third party. No analytics trackers on this website or in the bot itself.

Riot API

Rank lookups hit the Riot Games API using a key registered to the bot owner. Riot has its own privacy notice covering that endpoint. We only send it your Riot ID (when you link) and your PUUID, which Riot already knows.

Lobby Rank

The Lobby Rank is the average Solo/Duo rank of the 9 other players of your last Solo/Duo game. When you run /refresh (or an admin runs /force-refresh for you), the bot asks the Riot API for the last Solo/Duo game of your main account (the one holding your best rank), then for the current Solo/Duo rank of the 9 other players of that game, and averages them. Only that result is stored, with your rank: the other players are not kept, and no third-party service is involved. The Lobby Rank is shown by /profile and /profile-text until the next /refresh; showing a profile doesn't recompute it.

Recent games and per-champion stats

At the same time (/refresh, /force-refresh or the member area's “Refresh” button), the bot asks the Riot API for the list of your main account's last 20 Solo/Duo games and downloads the ones it doesn't know yet. From each game it keeps only your own line: champion played, win or loss, kills, deaths, assists, CS (minions and monsters), duration, date, and whether the game was a remake. Games that drop out of the last 20 are deleted. The member area derives, per champion, the number of games, win rate, KDA and CS per minute (remakes excluded). An account no longer linked anywhere loses its stored games.
